EIP initially came to us with a different problem: their custom CMS was holding them back.

We worked closely with EIP’s marketing and leadership teams to rethink the role of the website from the ground up — starting with the business opportunity, not the interface.

We defined and categorised EIP’s offerings around how clients engage with their services, then translated this into a scalable design system aligned with their brand.
3. Webflow Development
We built a modular Webflow platform that removes bottlenecks and enables the team to manage content independently, using reusable components to support speed and scalability.
4. Content Migration
We migrated thousands of articles, reports, and news items, restructuring content to fit the new architecture while preserving SEO value and improving discoverability.
5. Testing & Optimisation
We validated performance, accessibility, SEO, and user journeys across devices to ensure a reliable, high-performing platform ready for ongoing optimisation.
